- Graduate of Berklee College of Music
- Faculty and "Artist in Residence" for seven years at the Aspen Music School
- Active on the New York scene for 16 years, she is now a resident of Los Angeles, composing, playing and touring throughout the US, Europe, Japan and Brazil. She also has recorded on numerous CD’s including two of her own: "Carol Chaikin" released on Gold Castle Records and her latest project entitled "Lucy’s Day Off" on Ms Ecstasy Records.
